We have many years experience in the art of mushroom foraging and are members of the Fungus Federation of Santa Cruz (FFSC) and the North American Mycological Association (NAMA). We only supply mushrooms that are known to be safe for human consumption; primarily Porcinis, Chanterelles, Candy Caps, Morels, King Boletes & Slippery Jacks. In addition to mushrooms, we also forage for spring onions, wild fennel, wild strawberries and have access to east coast ramps.
Owner and Foyager Chef Chriz is a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute with a Le Cordon Blue Culinary Arts Associates Degree. He has been employed in the culinary field for over 15 years and has worked his way up from busboy to Executive Chef. Chef Chriz utilizes his delictable finds as ingredients to his award winning recipes!
